At Houzing Partners, we strive to provide exceptional service to our customers. In the event of a cancellation, we ensure transparency and fairness in the refund process. Please read the following terms carefully
Cancellation Process:
1. If you wish to cancel a project or service, please inform us in writing through the email address provided at the time of booking or by registered post.
2. All cancellations must be communicated within 48 hours from the payment of the booking amount for a full refund. Any cancellations made after 48 hours will incur applicable charges as outlined below.
Refund Guidelines:
1. Non-Refundable Onboarding Fee: A non-refundable onboarding fee of 1% of the total project cost will be applicable after 48 hours from booking.
2. Refund after Cancellation:
○ For cancellations made after the design stage or during the construction phase, we will deduct the applicable fees based on the stage of the project.
○ The refund amount will be calculated after adjusting for any work already completed and costs incurred.
3. Stage-wise Deduction:
○ Design Stage: 1% of the project cost
○ Pre-Construction Stage: 2.5% of the project cost
○ Construction Stage: 2% of the project cost
○ Any additional services or resources incurred will be charged based on actuals.
4. Refund Processing:
○ Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of cancellation, after any necessary adjustments.
○ Refunds will be credited to the bank account provided by the customer.
○ No cash refunds will be provided.
5. Outstanding Payments: If costs incurred by Houzing Partners exceed the amount paid by the customer, the customer will be liable to settle the balance within 30 business days. An interest of 18% per annum will be applicable on overdue payments.
Modifications & Discretion:
Houzing Partners reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, without prior notice. The final decision on refund-related matters rests with the company, and its interpretation of the policy will be binding.
